•Proven ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads or behaviour of customers.

•Proven ability to follow up the already existing procedures with high attention to detail.

•Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

•Excellent verbal and written English language skills 

•Strong attention to details and a proven experience to balance multiple priorities

•0-18 months experience in Technical Support/Customer service operations/ Troubleshooting/Campaign Optimisation in any company.
