⭕Job Profile & Responsibilities:- 

•Follow up with customers on open and overdue invoices.

•Coordinating with the Universities, Student organizations, and companies on invoice payments timely 

•Tracking and reporting on overall collections metrics

•Applying check and Venmo payments to invoices

•Taking card payments over the phone

Applying discounts and refunds to invoices

•find new/Unique ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value

⭕ Job Skills and Requirements :

•Final year student or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in the Finance field

•Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must

•Positive attitude

•Calm under pressure

•Good problem-solving skills

•Strong attention to detail
