4. Engage with recruiters/hiring managers and provide service to them 

5. Coordinate with the stakeholders of the company during pre/post-interview progress

6. Assist in the collection of candidate information for reports formation 

7. Maintain a presence in every stage of the recruitment process, including pre/post-follow-ups with stakeholders

8. Provide a daily status report on all activities to recruiters

9. Learn and become proficient in internal software
