⭕ Job Roles & Responsibility:

•Lead the design, development and maintenance of HR analytical tools and dashboards (Google Data Studio)

•Support Recruitment team with administrative tasks

•Support the recruitment and interview process to include job postings, tracking data and reviewing candidate applications, etc.

•Coordinate onboarding of new hires

Lead HR data projects .

•Creates accurate, repeatable and scalable reports, both requested and proactively.

•Be able to manipulate raw data in Excel to reflect data visualizations in Google Data Studio

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•Has experience working on HR reporting, data and analytics, or a related field

•Excellent communication skills in English.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets) and Google Data Studio

•Experience creating data visualization tools in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI HUGE Plus

•Must be willing to work the US Time Zone, preferably Pacific Standard Time API documents would be appreciated
