•Work with customers daily via live chat.

•Handle retail customer service inquiries mainly for English-speaking markets. Includes style of glasses, sunglasses, prescription questions, order status, warranty issues, etc.

•Introduce products customers to purchase higher-priced items, upgrades, .

•Response to a minimum of 100 live chat equivalents per day.

⭕ Skills And Requirements :

•This job requires a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with repetitive routines. 

•The job demands a cooperative, agreeable and sympathetic listener . 

•A customer service, the team-oriented focus is of utmost importance.  

•The focus is on working comfortably under close supervision within a stable, secure team

•Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language is an advantage for candidate.

•Excellent time management and documentation skills

•Customer service experience preferred

Availability for 30 - 40 hours a week with flexible shifts (weekends and/or evening)

•High-speed stable internet connection

Minimum 6-month commitment of work
