⭕ Roles and Responsibilities  

•Work as a Performance Marketing Executive focused on planning and developing media plans for our clients’ campaigns

•Assist the Performance Marketing Manager in setting up, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on performance marketing campaigns.

•Set up and monitor ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Outbrain, and other ad platforms

•Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance and spending based on campaign data

•Manage media investments to ensure that campaign goals are achieved

•Handling end-to-end commutation with allocated clients from requirement gathering to presenting numbers

•Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against paid media channels

⭕ Skills and Requirements -

•Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience; experience in digital/performance marketing

•Experience with online marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads 

•Manager and Google Analytics

Understanding of LinkedIn & TikTok will be an added bonus

•In-depth knowledge of analytical and marketing tools (Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, etc.)

•Good at data processing software/tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc

•Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

•Detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

•Certifications in Google Marketing Platforms would be an added advantage
