✓ Ensure adherence to client service level agreements like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort.

✓ Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies.

✓ Execute query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up.

✓ Identify, share and operate operational improvements. 

⭕Job Profile & Responsibilities for Research Associate:- 

✓ Prepare compelling research materials related to prospects, competitors, industry trends etc.

✓ Deliver high quality and timely output to the client requests in a pre-defined format.

✓ Interpret data, provide analysis, formulate reports and make recommendations.

✓ Develop good understanding of business and the industry that we thrive in.

✓ Work under minimal supervision on regular tasks.

✓ Develop a good understanding of real estate private equity funds operations, financial systems/ applications and the reporting source data.

✓ Prepare and review customized investor reporting templates for all real estate fund groups.

✓ Review management fee calculations Review audit confirm reports and CAS statements.

✓ Participate in process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.

✓ Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.
