•A minimum of 6 months of experience of Technical Support with international customers and clients 

•Fluency in spoken English language 

• able to properly evaluate the situations and immediately provide effective solutions.

•The ability to learn new activities and , and features from the perspective of the customer

•Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence skills in you

•Excellent Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills
