⭕Job profile & Responsibilities of Regional Executives:-

✓ Consolidate, finalize and monitor the sales plan and actuals for the territory.

✓ Generate orders on a daily basis by following up with customers and channel partners.

✓ Monitor actual customer off take vs plan.

✓ Feedback to customers on dispatches, order status and stock transfer movement to regional depots.

✓ Movement plan by grade/site to depots and periodically monitor physical stock to avoid stock out and monitor ageing and disposal of stocks.
