Job Roles and Responsibilities-
โขCustomer Support Executive will be responsible for the service of Customer and handle the inbound and outbound calls and related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. via call support.
โขDemonstrates the Indira in effective, clear and professional way in written and oral communication.
โข Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues.
โข Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
โขShould Have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, and prioritize the work as per importance.
โข Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively take help with the team members with difficult contacts as needed.
โข Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
โข Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
