•Resolve customer's concerns and answer customer's questions to your best ability.
•Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
•Attract potential customers by answering their product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
•Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
⭕ Skills and Requirements:
1.Excellent communication in English verbal and written both.
2.Experience & Graduate both can apply.
3.Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year documented experience in any customer service
4.Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
5.Six days working/ rotational off

7.Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
